Violence on the loose!

Lately, there was lots of violence in Anyrald. Gang members fight each other and the rest of their gang. Children hear of people being killed. So do their parents. They don't let their children play in their backyards unless they are outside with them! Adults also hear guns at night. Stores closed too. That's because of the violence going on. It's everybody's problem: Violence!

Flash Flood

There was a flash flood in St. Paul, Minnesota. Many residents were evacuated. Some people refused. For others it was unnecessary beacause there were not enough lifeboats. "I'll do all I can to evacuate me and my family." said Amanda Wilburs, a survivor of the flood.

Most of the residents were only allowed to bring an emergency supply kit and 1 backpack per person. One out of every 3 people could not bring a first aid kit. Most of the people who couldn't bring first aid kits were young children.

Over 25 people drowned and 100 were injured. That kept rescue workers busy. It took a full 6 hours to find the injured and 12 hours to treat them well enough to be evacuated. "We have no time to waste." said a rescue worker.















Residents are being evacuated. A rescue worker is helping Amanda Wilburs, 12, into a lifeboat.

The Rudik voyage

June 1st, 2010

"Lydia, have you passed the training?" asked Melody, my best friend. "I did." "What ship are you gonna travel on" I asked. "Rudik" she said.
"Impossible" I thought. "Show me your ticket Melody." She showed me her ticket. After that, we walked silently. Then me and Melody packed up. We packed the 5 dresses we got at the training, some games, vitamins and the most valuable things. Even though we still had a week, we just wanted to pack up early. As we packed we chated. The conversation started with Melody. She said:
"I got bad news." "What are they?" I asked. Though I do not like to hear bad news, this time I wanted to hear it because it must be something about the Rudik. "Jim is going to be our bed mate." "Yayks!", I said jumping up. When I jumped I droped my Katconia nightgown into the chest. Me and Melody waited for 7 days. As we waited we thought of plots to make Jim angry.

Care for betta fish

First of all you can't overfeed your pet so feed each one 3 round betta flakes every 2 days. It would work great if you would change or filtr it. To keep bettas you will need 7\8 of the tank filled with water and a betta divider if you want 2 fish. They are fighting fish!
Before you take a betta think.
Do I have a aquarium for them?
Do I know what to do if the fish is\are sick?
If I want 2 fish, does my aquarium have a betta divider?
Do I have location in my house or in my office where the sun is not shining?
If you answered "yes" to these questions you can have one or two bettas.
